Thanks for considering buying from us, Please read our terms of supply to make sure you are happy before going ahead. We have supplied many thousands of bales over the years with a very high satisfaction rate.

This is nice quality hay; it’s a natural product, so we have to accept that it’s going to vary all the time in texture, colour and smell. Having said this, we do our utmost to try and maintain some sort of standard and this variety may keep your animal interested but there’s always going to be some fussy eaters who will be the exception! Just because your animal does not eat the hay does not mean there is something wrong with it. We do not make any guarantee it will be eaten, and as it’s a food we cannot accept returns. Hay does not store well in plastic sacks and suggest you open so air can circulate. To be safe we suggest you use within six weeks of purchase.

As the hay comes from a field and is grown organically, meaning no herbicides have been used, and because of this, there may occasionally be some non-grass species contained in the bale, like Cow Parsley and Sorrel, for example, along with anything else that is in the field at the time of harvest. We need you to understand this and ask you to do the final check as although we try our hardest on rare occasions we may miss objects we would prefer not to have been in the bale. Also, just to clarify, our dust removal process removes up to 99% of the harmful airbourne dust not to be confused with the heavier fragmented pieces that may occur in the bottom of the bag during packing.

Our packs are only shower proof and sometimes they can get ripped this is no detriment to the product inside. if you don’t think you will be in leave clear instructions for a safe dry place (at your risk) or neighbour to be left when you order. A signature is not required; instead, a photo will be taken of the delivery and where it was left. We send on a limited next working day delivery with DHL Sometimes, there can be a delay with the carriers, which is something out of our control, we suggest ordering in good time to avoid running out. You will get a tracking number, making it possible to see the progress on the DHL website and the option to amend delivery. If the delivery fails and the item is returned to us, we will refund minus any extra costs that the return has incurred.
